Book the bench, or just come
Walking in is allowed during open hours. A WhatsApp message is for when you want a quote before you travel. The message does not hold a part until the bench confirms it.
What to write
Three things are enough, and the third is only if you want the quote before you walk in.
- Device. Recent iPhone-class, Android mid-range, or Windows laptop. Add the model if you know it. If you do not, the class is enough to start.
- Symptom. What it does, and what it will not do. Mention a crack, a swollen battery, a loose port, or a machine that only runs on the charger.
- Neighborhood, if you want a price before you come to Florentin. Skip it if you are about to walk in anyway.
A photo of the crack helps. Do not send your passcode. Do not send account passwords. If the device is locked to an account, you will remove that lock yourself before the repair or after we hand it back. The bench will not bypass it — not iCloud, not FRP, not IMEI. If a test needs the screen unlocked, you will type the code yourself at the counter.
We answer on a bench day: Sunday to Thursday 09:30–19:00, Friday 09:00–13:30. Saturday we are closed. A message sent on Saturday is not a booking, and it is not read as one. There is no Saturday drop-off and no Saturday pickup.
What a reply means
A reply that names a price band is a quote from the board, before we have the device in our hands. It can move if the frame is bent, if there is liquid, or if the part is not the class you described. A reply that says the part is held says so in words, and it names the time the hold lasts. Anything shorter than that is not a hold. If you walk in without messaging, we write the ticket at the counter the same way.
The button below opens WhatsApp with a blank ticket already started. Fill in the device and the symptom. Add the neighborhood only if you want the quote first. You can also call the counter on 03-564-2190 during open hours, or write to desk@fixlogic.pro.
