How a ticket moves across the bench

Bench Repair is a neighborhood workshop on Abarbanel in Florentin. One counter, one bench, jobs written down. The company is Bench Repair Tel Aviv Ltd., בנץ׳ ריפייר תל אביב בע״מ, company number 514826379.

You do not need a speech. You need the device, a symptom in ordinary words, and a few minutes at the counter so the ticket matches what we are actually taking in.

From the door to the hand-back

  1. You walk in during open hours, or you message first if you want a band before you travel. A message does not hold a part.
  2. We look at the device while it is still closed, and we listen. Water, a bend, a previous repair, and whether it is yours: say it now.
  3. We write the ticket. Device class, symptom, the part we propose, the price with VAT, and the time.
  4. You approve that price before we open a screw. If we cannot know without opening it, the diagnosis fee goes on the ticket first.
  5. If a test needs the device unlocked, you type the passcode yourself. You do not leave it written down. Then you can lock it again.
  6. We do the job the ticket names. We do not browse photos, mail, or chats while the device is open.
  7. If we find a second fault, we stop and ask. We do not quietly widen the job.
  8. At the counter we check the function you approved: the new screen answers touch, the battery charges, the port holds the cable, the keyboard prints the keys you try.
  9. You pay by card or cash. We issue a tax invoice. The warranty end date is on the ticket, 90 days on that part.
  10. If you are not waiting, we message the number on the ticket when it is ready. Collect it on a bench day. Not Saturday.

What we will not do

We will not bypass an account lock, and we will not bypass iCloud, FRP, or IMEI. If the phone or the laptop is tied to an Apple ID, a Google account, a Microsoft account, or any other account, you remove that lock yourself before the repair or after we hand it back. We will not take a device we believe is not yours.

We will not promise your files. We do not offer data recovery. A repair can succeed and the files can still be gone. Back up before you come, if the device still turns on.

We will not promise a liquid repair. Wet is a diagnosis. We tell you what we see, including when the honest answer is to stop.

We are an independent bench. The companies that designed the devices have not authorized this workshop, and the class names on the price board are only there so you know which shelf we mean.
